New Delhi:The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Dilsher Singh Kalha, IAS (PB:77), presently in the cadre, as Secretary,Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers in the vacancy of Mukul Joshi, IAS (PB:75) (Retired).
