Another Legal Notice served to officiating Director for cheating

Advocate of one of the faculty member served another  legal notice under section 80 CPC to F& AO, NIPER, officiating director,  Chairman BOG, Secretary DOP and Secretary DBT for not reimbursing TA/DA Bill

The notice further mention that, F& AO and officiating director, have misappropriated the funds received by them from DBT by convening with each other, kept the fund in bank account without following GFR 2005 rule and committed offenses punishable under section 406/420 IPC r/w section 120-B IPC.


It is Pertinent to mention that allegation of cheating and criminal misconduct is also leveled by

advocate of one of the scientist and served legal notice to officiating director, PI of the project and Secretary DST demanding the arrears of Rs. 2,68,200 along with interest @ 12% from Aug 2009.

What a shame for a Institute of "National Importance"
