The officiating director has breached all the legality, probity and ethical practices by endorsing and duly forwarding the said HOD’s candidature to the DBT for the fellowship, possibly in preference to his other eligible faculty members. No doubt, the plagiarism taint has stained the reputation of the premier institute, currently seemed to be plagued with other issues, too!
