Cost of technology development center (formulation) was escalated from 60 lakhs to 11 crore and amount of Rd 545 lacs was apent for the same but the allocation of funds fpr such project was only Rs 60 lacs.the plant is still not functional. Dr. Saranjit Singh Professor NIPER was responsable for the irregularities in the Scheme N-13
